How long does delivery take?
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
How will I know my delivery has been shipped?
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
- If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@udpwr.com.

Where does UDPOWER ship to?
UDPOWER orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories).
Shipping Information
- Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX OR APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@udpwr.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages
UDPOWER Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. If you have further questions, contact our support team at support@udpwr.com.
Damages
- If you received your order damaged, please contact UDPOWER Support within 7 business days at support@udpwr.com.
- We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
For Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered as soon as they become available. If you ordered more than one item on a single order and only received a part of your order, don’t worry—you will receive your remaining items shortly after.
