Warranty Period
UDPOWER products come with a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the official user manual.
What is NOT Covered
- Non-quality related issues
- Items purchased from unauthorized dealers
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Refunded items
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period
- Damage or defects caused by misuse, unauthorized modification/disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions
- Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or other external factors
- Issues caused by using third-party parts not authorized by UDPOWER
- Lost or stolen products
- Free gifts or promotional items
How to Apply for Warranty
To request warranty service, please provide the following:
- The original order number placed through udpower.com
- A sales invoice or order confirmation email clearly showing the product description, price, and sales channel
Processing Time
Once you’ve submitted your warranty request:
- Our Customer Service Team will respond to your inquiry promptly via support@udpwr.com or by phone at +1 626-407-6401 (English service only; international calling charges may apply).
- If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. domestic returns only).
- Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team to package and ship the product securely.
Repair or Replacement
If your product cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement.
- All replacement products are brand new.
- The replacement process typically takes 5–8 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.
- The replacement product will carry the remaining warranty period of the original item.
